RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Satori Accessories Product we have a no-fuss returns policy, and are happy to provide you with a full refund (excluding the shipping fee).
Please have the product(s) returned in the condition in which it was received, with all its original packaging. If the product is not returned in the condition it was received, a refund or exchange will NOT be given. In these circumstances the jewellery will be returned to the customer.
Please return the product(s) you have purchased in a discreet box within 14 days from receipt of your order. We highly recommend sending the item back using a trackable and insured method to ensure that the returned item safely reaches us.
Upon receiving and inspection of the product is cleared, you will be issued with a full refund by the same method of payment within 15 days.
We are committed to providing our customers with quality products. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be defective, faulty or not what you ordered. Please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours before returning anything so we can provide you with a return authorisation.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, and faulty or is the wrong item that has been sent to you, please include a clear picture showing the item in question. We can then provide you with a free return authorisation and record the fault. A full refund including postage costs will be credited to the card used in the original purchase.
For exchanges, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
All SALE/REDUCED orders are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
